What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Master Card, Diners, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Master Card Debit and American Express. For national orders (USA) we also accept checks and money orders. These have to be denominated in U.S Dollars, drawn on a U.S bank and with a printed nine-digit bank routing number.

What will be the charge name on my credit card statement?

Do you ship orders outside of the United States?
Yes, we ship to over 60 countries worldwide. Full list of countries we ship to will appear when you check out along with all the shipping options and costs.

Although most countries have no restrictions when receiving dietary supplements from abroad, please be aware of your Country�s regulations or laws in regards to receiving dietary supplements.

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees levied by the destination country; these charges will be covered by the recipient. These additional fees are not collected nor controlled by us and we cannot predict what they may be so the recipient should contact their local customs office for further information.

Unclaimed items or items with unpaid import duties will be returned to us. Once we receive them, customers will be refunded the total amount of the order minus the shipping, handling, and any other outside charges we have incurred for this shipment.

Do you ship to military address or P.O. Boxes?
Yes. We work with USPS (United States Postal Service) which accepts those shipping options.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipments take from 3 to 5 business days, while international shipments take around 4 to 7 business days to arrive.

Where are the order dispatched from?
Orders will be dispatched from our offices in Orlando Florida, by USPS. Delivery will take from 3 - 4 business days for domestic orders and from 5 - 15 business days for international orders.

ORDER STATUS AND TRACKING

I never got the confirmation e-mail.
We do send both order confirmation and shipment confirmation e-mails automatically to the e-mail address you provided. Occasionally these e-mails get mistaken for junk mail by e-mail filters and firewalls (because these e-mails are generated by a computer). Check your junk e-mail folder and set your e-mail filters to allow e-mails from MacaActive.com.

Can I track my order?
1. For national orders (US)
Yes. You can follow the instructions provided to you in the shipping confirmation e-mail. If you are still having trouble, e-mail us with your order number, and we will be more than happy to track your order.

2. For international orders:
We use USPS First Class Mail for international orders. Although this is a better service than the regular one, it doesn't provide a tracking number for international deliveries. In this case, your shipment will be delivered through your local postal service.

My USPS tracking number is wrong. What can I do now?
Tracking information may not be available immediately. If your tracking information is not working for the next 24 hours after you received it, e-mail us with your order number so that we can help you track your order.

My order never arrived. What should I do?
The length of the transit time depends on whether it is a national or international shipment. Here are approximate transit times for both shipping methods. You shouldn't consider your order lost unless at least double the amount of time has passed from the shipping date. Note that international orders may get delayed due to customs inspections.

Within United States:
   USPS   Priority Mail   3-4 Business Days

International:
   USPS   Global Priority Mail   5-15 Business Days.

I received my order, but there has been a mistake in the quantity of bottles. What happens now?
E-mail us with your order number. We will investigate your claim and if any errors have occurred we will immediately send the extra bottles free of charge.

RETURNS

What type of returning policy do you have?
We know MacaActive is so effective that we offer a 100% satisfaction refund policy. If you are not completely satisfied with our product, you can take advantage of this refund policy. Please keep in mind our refund policy is subject to the following guidelines:

•   Send back all unused bottles with the order number clearly marked on the outside of the
     package.
•   All unused bottles and the original shipping price will be refunded. Up to one (1) used bottle
     will also be refunded.
•   Returns must be made within 60 days of purchase for the refund to remain valid.
•   The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

How do I cancel my order?
If you decide to cancel your order before it has been shipped, simply e-mail and inform us of the details such as the order number and the name on the order. Note that we process orders fairly quickly after they have been received; sometimes within minutes.
