Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards, as well as American Express and Diners cards.
Are there other ways of ordering besides from credit cards?
We accept checks and money orders. These have to be denominated in U.S. Dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank and with a printed nine-digit bank routing number.

Do you ship orders outside of the United States?
Yes, we ship to over 60 countries worldwide. Full list of countries we ship to will appear when you check out along with all the shipping options and costs.
Although most countries have no restrictions when receiving dietary supplements from abroad, please be aware of your Country’s regulations or laws in regards to receiving dietary supplements.
Important Information for UK Customers:
Please note that your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country, these charges and any other additional clearance charge will be covered by the recipient. These additional fees are not collected or controlled by us and we cannot predict what they may be. You should contact your local customs office for further information.
Unclaimed items or items with unpaid customs or import duties will be returned to us. Once we receive them, customers will be refunded the total amount of the order minus the shipping charge and any other outside charges we have incurred during shipping.
Do you ship to military address or P.O. Boxes?
Yes. We work with USPS (United States Postal Service) which accepts those shipping options.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipments take from 3 to 5 business days, while international shipments take around 4 to 7 business days to arrive.
Where are the order dispatched from?
Orders will be dispatched from our offices in Orlando Florida, by USPS. Delivery will take from 3 - 4 business days for domestic orders and from 5 - 15 business days for international orders. |

What type of returning policy do you have?
A total refund will be made to customers credit card account upon receipt of unused Macafem bottles. Concerning to the used bottles, only one will be considered for complete refund when returned.

How do I cancel my order?
If you decide to cancel your order before it has been shipped, simply e-mail and inform us of the details such as the order number and the name on the order. Note that we process orders fairly quickly after they have been received; sometimes within minutes.

Yes. Any Credit / Debit Card or any other bank and personal information entered is encrypted and submitted through a secure connection.
Do you sell or trade my personal information?
No. Privacy is a very serious matter for MacaActive.com. It is true that in order to process your order, we must know basic contact information such as your full name, address, e-mail address and method of payment. All required information is kept internally and is never shared with third parties.
Will I receive junk e-mail if I give you my e-mail address?
No, but there will be a weekly informational e-mail flyer sent to you from us. If you do not want to receive any future e-mails simply click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the first e-mail flyer you receive and you will be automatically removed from these weekly e-mails.
